I've never really been that in to Halloween,it was so much more fun when I was a kid! However, my friends are so excited about today...they're getting me all excited! There's lots of Halloween parties going down all weekend long, check it out below;

Eden's Lounge is one of the most popular venues in Baltimore City so there is no surprise that The Overachievers and AllforOne Entertainment are bringing you a Labor Day party on Sunday night. There are no excuses...you don't have to work on Monday so get off the couch and out of the house to have a good time. However, having fun does not come without a price! Sorry ladies you are not free before any hour...the cost $5 before 11. That's wack! The promoters must really want to make some money because it seems as though there will not be any fantastic drink specials and there will no fab stars in the building. At any rate, if you're not cooking out til the A.M. head on over the lounge, Eden's Lounge that is.

Mek and JR along with Panthere Noire Entertainment presents a special edition of International Thursdays @ Eden's Lounge on Thursday (3.27.08) by bringing back some of' your "favorite reggae and dancehall tunes from the the early days and not so distant past!!!" Genocyde International's DJ Reem will be on the 1 & 2's (I've heard of him...he's pretty good)


This definitely sounds like my type of event seeing as though I am a "yardie" myself (well not really cause I was born here BUT my WHOLE family is from Jamaica...soooo...BIG UPS!)

Ladies are free before 10:30pm & $10 after. Fellas are $10 before 11:30pm

Konan of 92Q and KIS Model Management holds Xanadu (10 S. Calvert St.) down on Saturday nights...I must admit, I've never had a bad time here on a Saturday night and as always, Lana and her crew will be celebrating the model chicks...I feel sorry for the ugly girls.

The flyest of the fly will receive complimentary bottles and the VIP treatment and too bad if you ain't fly, because tables are SOLD OUT.

The All New Afro.com Launch Party at Eden's Lounge

Some of you may know that the Afro American Newspaper was started right here in Baltimore a loooooong time ago by John H. Murphy Sr. on August 13, 1892. The Murphy family is one especially close to my heart...well since I am one (smile) and the Afro.com has gone under some much needed re-design.

To celebrate the launch of the all new Afro.com they're celebrating at Eden's Lounge (15 W. Eager St.) tommorow night (1.24.08). To get in for $5, print out the banner above.

Kool Kidz Appreciate You at Eden's Lounge

One of our favorites, The Kool Kidz wants to appreciate us! At Eden's Lounge (15 W. Eager St) extend that Holiday spirit by partying with Floyd, Kian and S. Breezey.

Their last party at Red Maple was packed and off the chain so make sure you get their early...especially if you want to get your drink without spilling it.

If you're crazy and want to go out tonight (it's really too cold for all of this but whatever) then head down to Xanadu (10 S. Calvert Street). Ladies in free before 11 and they have drink specials...although the bartenders be rude in there (at least that's what a source told me!)

Recap: Lights Out at Eden's Lounge

DCFab! Girl here: I forgot about the Light's Out party in Baltimore when I ended up at Eden's Lounge (15 West Eager St.) last Thursday...I actually went to chill with my cousins and have some drinks after a long funeral...We enjoyed each other's company in the back lounge area while watching the game.

I've decided Eden's is the perfect place to come with many friends, to have martini's (especially if you come during happy hour because drinks are two for one) and relax! The music was way off the entire night and...

I don't even want to mention the fashion show...I don't even know if I can call that fashion, more like a show. Everyone had on wife beaters and jeans...I guess the fashion was left to the imagination.

Paparazzi gon' get you...I'm in the yellow.
