We Heard....

>>> Our BmoreFab! sources were on the scene last night at Timothy Dean's to check out the fight along with the rest of Baltimore. We hear that there was a long line outside the door and after a certain point they wouldn't let anyone else in do to being filled to capacity.

Everyone who has been to Timothy Dean's Bistro knows that its a great venue, furnished with a state of the art bar, lounge, restaurant, and dance floor. There is not too much to recap on this party other than it was poppin. Dj Infame had me dancing all night long! NO I wasn't sweating too bad this time (I wore that breathable material that I was telling you about last time). I think they turned the temp on the AC down. This may seem like a super wack recap but I honestly have nothing negative to say about the party!!!

Soul Five Saturdays

Tonight (7.5.08) come party with our friends Kian and Floyd at Soul Five Saturdays at Timothy Dean's (1717 Eastern Ave., Fells Point) for the launch of Soul Five Saturdays.

Recap: Pre-Memorial Day Party at Timothy Dean's

It seemed like half of Baltimore was partying inside Timothy Dean's (1717 Eastern Ave) last Sunday...omg it was so crowded but I must say that everyone looked good (good job Baltimore on stepping it up!!). 

First things first, let me give a shout out to Timothy Dean's and/or Events4GoodPeople for the complimentary valet (although the valet kindly hinted that they accepted tips). Girls always appreciate this (especially when it's free) because it can be hard walking to and from the car in our heels! 

TD's has one main bar so it took forever and a day to get a drink. I headed to the smaller bar upstairs only to find that they didn't have everything to mix drinks. The bartenders up there also moved a little too slow for my liking and weren't familiar with some of the more popular drinks. 

On the upside, 'The Hotboy' DJ Quicksilva was pretty good but most people were just standing around posing and not really partying. In true Bmore Fab! fashion, I give this party 4 out of 5 mics. With so few quality parties in Baltimore, I would  definitely go here again because of the good-looking crowd but I hope next time that more come to really party.  

Stay fab (but not too fab to dance)!

5.23 | The Grand Finale of Fish & Grits

Events4Good People & The Coors Light Models host...The Grand Finale of Fish & Grits this Friday (5.23.08) @ Timothy's Dean Bistro (1717 Eastern Ave.) For the grand finale, the kitchen will stay open till 1am!

Darn Bmore...we gotta find another soul food spot after a long week of work now! We'll miss you!

Young professionals in Baltimore are always in search of young, professional, upscale events to attend, as they seem to be a rarity in the area. I've been receiving a TON of promotional fliers for "Posh Thursdays" at PUR nightclub (2232 Boston St.), so I decided to scoot on over there to see if it's all it's proclaimed to be. Events4GoodPeople said it started at 6 pm for happy hour and went until the club closed, but the club didn't get bumpin' until after 11 pm. There were plenty of attractive women in the place, but the man-to-woman ratio left a little to be desired (FELLAS, where are you?!). After 11 pm, the club became more crowded with a seemingly professional crowd and good music to get the party going. There are 3 levels so there's plenty of space to mix and mingle with other partygoers. Shout out to one of the owners, Marty. Also, local celeb Timothy Dean (Timothy Dean's Bistro) was in the building, who seems to be a regular at PUR.

All in all, I say try "Posh Thursdays" at PUR, I think you'll have a Fab! time.

Fish 'n' Grits Every Friday @ Timothy Dean's Bistro

Even though I'm allergic to seafood, I do luvvv the idea of this happy hour!!!

The "new" Happy Hour "pop off" (for all my Bad Girls Club Fans lol) is Timothy Dean's Bistro....

There is no cover with $15 specials on Fish 'n' Grits and $5 cosmos from 5-10pm.

So after work, if you're craving some Fish 'n' Grits, head ova to Fell's Point and enjoy a happy hour with good people and great food!
